West Sussex Period Line-up.

40 years of history.
On the left of picture we have a 1960 Bedford J5 water tender (reg-4589) which served at Steyning Fire Station from new,next a 1971 Dennis'D'Series WRL (reg-MPO 55J)in the striking yellow livery from the period which was one of 3 that entered service between 1969 and 1976 that were liveried yellow and this was new to Littlehampton and the only one from twenty-two that survives today,next a 1987 Dennis DS151/Carmichael WRL (reg-D554 DOR) that was new to Petworth,and last on the right a 1995 Dennis/Dennis F88 Rapier R411 WRL (reg-N141 DPX) which served at Worthing.
The line-up requested by myself of these West Sussex Fire Brigade old appliances covering four decades was photographed on Sunday 13th July,2014 at the Museum of Rural Life in Tilford,Surrey at the Museum's first Weekend Fire Show.
